Meet Chef Alessio Pierini
A journey from Gubbio… back to Gubbio
Your experience is led by Alessio Pierini, Umbrian chef (born in Gubbio, 1985) with a strong fine-dining background and a deep love for authentic Italian flavours.
Trained at ALMA, one of Italy’s most respected culinary schools, Alessio refined his craft in gourmet kitchens across Italy before returning to his roots.
His cuisine combines:

- Contact us for more information and tell us what you would love to experience. You will also be invited to complete a short preference questionnaire prepared by Chef Alessio Pierini, designed to understand your tastes, expectations and any dietary needs.
- Chef Pierini will then create a personalized culinary journey crafted exclusively for you.
- Your space will be transformed into a private restaurant: whether you choose to dine inside your apartment or outdoors, in the garden, by the pool, or among the trees.
- All you have to do is relax and enjoy the moment with family, friends, or someone special.
